Your home deserves
so much more than
a for sale sign.

Serving Dundas, Ancaster, Burlington, and Hamilton — I bring deep local knowledge, a refined approach, and unwavering commitment to every transaction.

About Rebecca

Not your typical
Realtor.

Your photo here

Before real estate, I built and ultimately sold an e-commerce brand from the ground up — one that earned genuine international recognition, not through a large budget, but through sharp positioning, compelling visuals, and an instinct for connecting with people. That experience taught me something most agents never learn: how to make something irresistible to the right audience.

As a trained artist and lifelong creative, I see potential in a space the way others see a blank canvas. I know how light moves through a room, how furniture placement changes the feeling of a home, and exactly how to stage a property so that every photograph stops someone mid-scroll. That eye isn't something you can outsource — it's what separates a listing that sits from one that sells.

And as someone who holds a PhD in Education, I understand how to communicate — clearly, accessibly, to the widest possible audience. I don't just market your home to the usual suspects. I tell its story in a way that resonates with everyone who might love it.

Why It Works

The experience of three careers.
Your one unique advantage.

The Artist's Eye

Staging a home is not about furniture — it's about feeling. I approach every listing as a composition: light, flow, proportion, and the emotional response a space creates.

The Marketer

I built and ultimately sold an e-commerce brand with international reach — from scratch, no agency, no shortcuts. Just a deep understanding of audience, story, and marketing that moves people to act.

The Educator

A PhD in Education changes how you communicate — not just what you say, but how you ensure it lands. I present your home beautifully and clearly to the broadest possible audience.

Client Stories

What people say

"

We were extremely impressed with Rebecca as our Realtor. The staging, the photography, the video home tour, the way she wrote about the property was all excellent. We had an offer within 2 days and needless to say we were very happy.

Michael & Sarah T.

Ancaster, ON

"

Rebecca communicates exceptionally well. We never felt confused or left out of the process. She made sure we understood the strategy every step of the way... and the strategy worked! We had more people through the door with Rebecca as our agent than we had ever had with any other agent.

The Fontaine Family

Burlington, ON

"

We've sold homes before and it always felt pretty transactional. Rebecca treated our house like it was her own project. The care she put into presenting and marketing our house was really next level and the result spoke for itself.

A Home to Hold You with Rebecca Zak

Where Houses Become Homes
and Spaces Become Sanctuaries.

A Home to Hold You is a podcast for people who believe that we are our environment — and that finding, selling and styling a home should be a meaningful experience. Each episode draws on my work as an artist, educator, and realtor to explore all things home: how to perceive a space, how to present it, and how to find the one to make uniquely your own.

New episodes drop weekly, born directly from the video content — expanded conversations, deeper dives, and occasional guests from the worlds of design, architecture, and the GTHA market.

Let's Talk

Your home has a
story to tell.

Let's talk about what it's worth, what it could look like, and exactly how I'd take it to market. A single conversation is usually enough to show you why a different kind of realtor gets a different kind of result.

Pick a time that works for you — no back and forth, no waiting.
